今年6月，我院敬乂嘉教授与联合国大学Jose A. Puppim de Oliveira教授、伯明翰大学Paul Collins教授共同主编的“公共行政发展：趋势与展望”专刊，在SSCI期刊《公共行政与发展》（Public Administration and Development）上正式出版。该专刊基于2014年5月底在复旦大学召开的国际学术研讨会。文章探讨了公共行政发展的若干关键课题，包括人力资源管理、公共部门分权改革、绩效评估与管理、信息通信技术运用、组织公共行动和援助体制设计等，对相关议题在全球尤其发展中国家的发展进行了深入的总结和展望。
